WIN WITH
WORKING PEOPLE

image0-1_edited.png

As service industry workers, minimum wage workers, and other members of the working class, we include immigrants, people of color, people with disabilities, women, LGBTQ+, and many more.

We are drowning. We can’t afford to live. The cost of groceries has gone up. The cost of gas has gone up. Our rent has gone up. But you know what’s NOT gone up? Our wages.

We must raise the minimum wage and end the sub-minimum wage for tipped workers.

The success of our campaign depends on raising the funds necessary to win the fight for One Fair Wage. Nobody deserves to make a subminimum wage. Help us get rid of the two-tiered wage system and ensure that all workers are paid One Fair Wage. We can only do this with your help. Our success depends on you.

One Fair Wage is a national organization seeking to raise wages and improve working conditions in the service sector, and end all subminimum wages in the United States. One Fair Wage organizes workers, employers, and consumers to campaign for federal, state and local policy to require all employers to pay a full, livable minimum wage with gratuities on top, lifting millions of tipped and subminimum wage workers out of poverty.

Thank you. It’s been a financial struggle for some time, so you have no idea how much of a relief your generosity is to me. Thank You again One Fair Wage for your support. - Carlos

I am a bartender in Manhattan who discovered One Fair Wage during the initial lockdown due to COVID-19 in March of 2020. Since then, One Fair Wage has been the one beacon of hope I have had throughout this entire pandemic. As someone who has worked in the service industry for almost ten years, it is such a relief to know there is an organization like One Fair Wage fighting for the rights of restaurant workers across America. - Natasha

I was working as expediter and as a server at a restaurant that had just opened before Covid-19 began. With the closing, they started doing take out and then finally limited outdoor seating. I was asked to come back but felt very uncomfortable as an immunocompromised person. I’m lucky enough that my management understood, however I am one of the 40% of people who do not qualify for unemployment and I have been struggling to get by. - Adesola
