When a wage claim, harassment or retaliation case needs a lawyer, we connect you with partner attorneys and legal-aid groups we trust. The referral is free, and the lawyer takes it from there.

OFW’s Just Safe Food training and certification costs about $10; commercial providers charge $15–$25. Online, on your phone, in English or Spanish.
Many employers ask for one, and the card travels with you between jobs and states.

One Fair Wage is the national organization of restaurant and service workers. We push for better pay across the industry, and we run free services for members.

Membership is free
No dues, no fees, ever. Foundations and members who donate cover the cost.
Only when there’s something for you
Tell us your city and we’ll let you know about classes, meetings and services near you. Texts are optional, email works too, and you can stop any time.
Classes run in person in some cities and online everywhere else. The food handler course and the lawyer referrals are national. And we never ask about immigration status — not on the form, not in class, not at the office.
